The Shilpkar Design Cell is a boutique interior design practice founded by Krati Neema. Based in Indore, the studio crafts bespoke residential and commercial environments that balance international minimalism with the warmth of Indian craft traditions.

The best design is what you don't add. Every element earns its place through function and feeling — nothing is decorative for its own sake.
We use natural materials honestly — stone behaves like stone, wood like wood. Authenticity in material is authenticity in space.
Every project begins with mapping light across seasons and hours. Spatial experience is inseparable from how a room breathes with natural and designed light.
Our roots are Indian. The warmth of our craft tradition — brass, stone, kantha textile — grounds every space no matter how contemporary its ambition.
We spend as much time understanding you as we do sketching. Site visits, mood boards, material samples — we map every nuance before a line is drawn.
Concepts evolve through 3D visualisations, material presentations, and collaborative review. Nothing proceeds until it feels exactly right.
We supervise every detail of execution — from vendor selection to final styling. We hand over spaces that are move-in ready, complete to the last cushion.
